As our new Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures that align with French and European regulatory requirements as well as standards. You will also monitor and assess the effectiveness of our controls and procedures to ensure ongoing adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

• Provide expert advice to local management and staff on regulatory matters, including review of marketing materials, client documentation, and new activities or products, while serving as escalation point for high-risk cases or FIU notifications.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely and accurate reporting of compliance-related information.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including conducting internal investigations and preparing reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices and ensure the bank’s compliance framework is adapted accordingly

Your profile

• The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in compliance within banking, investment services, or fintech, with deep knowledge of regulations.
• You boast strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders effectively
