We are seeking two Senior Business Analysts to support a large-scale enterprise data transformation initiative and ongoing data platform operations. These opportunities are ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business analysis and data engineering, partnering closely with Data Engineers, Data Modelers, and technical leaders to deliver modern data solutions. One position will support a high-profile enterprise transformation initiative. The second position will support ongoing data platform enhancement and operational initiatives across multiple business domains.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Partner with Data Engineers, Data Modelers, Architects, and Subject Matter Experts to define and document enterprise data requirements
• Analyze source systems and data structures to support data migration, transformation, and modernization initiatives
• Create and maintain Data definitions, Table definitions, Source-to-target mappings, Data lineage documentation, Business and technical requirements, Process flows and transformation logic
• Support enterprise data initiatives utilizing Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers)
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand data ownership, business rules, and transformation requirements
• Coordinate and track large volumes of data migration and transformation activities
• Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into scalable data solutions
• Perform data analysis, validation, and quality reviews throughout the development lifecycle
• Contribute to data governance, metadata management, and data quality efforts
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, discovery, and process improvement activities
