Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction, contracting, infrastructure projects, heavy equipment, and transportation operations, with excellent knowledge of UAE accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability analysis.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with  regulations and statutory requirements.
• Prepare management reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and support annual audit activities.
• Monitor fixed assets, equipment costing, and depreciation schedules.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and internal control processes.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 8–12 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years .
• Mandatory experience in:
  • Construction & Contracting
  • Infrastructure / Roads / Pipeline Projects
  • Heavy Equipment & Machinery Operations
  • Transportation & Logistics
