The Engineer would own the solution build through the POC phase and ultimately hand the solution off to the delivery team for implementation. The individual does not need to perform the actual system integration but needs to understand the architecture, integration points, and how the solution fits into the broader environment. This role’s primary focus is building the solution/POC and preparing it for a successful transition to the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute POCs with clients
- Develop solutions leveraging Salesforce and AI capabilities
- Translate business requirements into working technical solutions
- Demonstrate how Salesforce capabilities can integrate with a client’s existing technology environment
- Work closely with sales and client stakeholders during the solutioning process
- Build the initial solution and documentation, then transition it to the delivery team
Requirements
- Strong hands on Salesforce experience
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or Data Cloud / Data 360
- Ideally, experience across both, but strong experience in one is acceptable
- Understanding of how Salesforce integrates with other enterprise systems
- Strong POC/solution development experience
- AI experience is important, particularly applying AI capabilities within Salesforce
Nice to have:
- CPQ experience is helpful but not required
- Industry specific Salesforce experience is a plus
