Our Client is seeking a Sales Ops.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end forecasting and pipeline management process, delivering an accurate, defensible view of the business to senior leadership
- Own annual go-to-market planning: territory and account segmentation, headcount and capacity modeling, quota allocation, and coverage design
- Partner with Finance and HR to design and administer sales incentive compensation plans, including plan governance, dispute resolution, and payout accuracy
- Set the CRM and sales technology strategy; Oversee data quality, process automation, and adoption across the sales organization
- Establish and run the sales operating cadence – forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs – and the reporting and dashboards that support it
- Define and track the KPIs that measure sales performance, productivity, and the health of the funnel
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales operations team, including managers and individual contributors
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to sales leadership, surfacing risks and opportunities and recommending data-backed actions
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, policies, and tools, reducing friction and increasing seller selling time
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Finance to align on GTM strategy and execution
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven ability to communicate to Senior Leaders
- Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy
- Affinity with sales processes, sales tools and Salesforce.com
- Understands or can quickly grasp and communicate the relationship between processes and systems
- Demonstrate sound judgment and common sense
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing environments and initiatives
