Our Client  is seeking a Rocket Administrator to join a high-performing team supporting critical enterprise systems. This individual will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting Rocket Software-based environments within a Linux and AWS ecosystem. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth and the ability to make an immediate impact on system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support Rocket Enterprise Server and Rocket Enterprise Developer environments
• Administer and support Linux-based systems (RedHat and SUSE), including command line operations, patching, and software installation
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions
• Support and maintain applications within an AWS-hosted environment
• Develop and maintain system documentation, processes, and technical standards
• Provide on-call support and assist with P1 incident response, including off-hours as needed
• Partner with local Kansas City-based teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system stability and performance
• Demonstrate ownership of systems with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
