Our client is seeking a Relationship Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for funding products
• Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Explain funding structures, documentation requirements, and the customer journey clearly
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and compliance teams to move applications through to disbursement
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM
• Meet monthly origination and activation targets
• Represent professionally in all customer-facing interactions

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in SME banking, business lending, trade finance, or fintech sales
• Strong network of SME contacts across UAE market is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license preferred (field visits required)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
