What We’re Looking For:

• Genuine passion for skincare, health and wellness – you’ll live and breathe this topic daily
• Fluent English speaker – exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Commission-driven mindset – motivated by performance-based unlimited earning potential

Technical Requirements:

• Stable high speed internet
• Processing power and internet stability Backup system for power/internet outages (i.e. dedicated hotspot and power bank to last the entire day)
• Reliable computer with working mic, camera, and noise-cancelling headset (Zoom-ready)

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-starter who thrives on growth and sales excellence
• Background in skincare/health/wellness or sales is a plus, but hunger to learn matters most
• Natural relationship-builder who connects authentically with customers
• Embodies integrity, drive, and Sun Coast Sciences’ core values

Compensation – Pay vs Draw:

• Hourly draw or 15% commissions on Net Sales (Gross Sales minus Refunds)
• You earn whichever is greater: draw or commission
