Our Client is seeking a Project Manager IV to join their team .
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program delivery across a defined portfolio (e.g., Payments, Bill Pay, Lending, Workforce Solutions), coordinating engineering, product, and design partners
- Drive planning cadences and attain commitments with confidence, risks, and trajectory against committed goals
- Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies before they become blockers
- Build and maintain program health reporting (RAID logs, dashboards, status updates) for leadership visibility
- Facilitate technical and cross-functional discussions to unblock decisions and drive alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 6+ years in technical program/project management
- Ability to work independently with abiguity, and come up to speed quickly
- Strong technical fluency – able to engage engineering on architecture and tradeoffs without being the implementer
- Rigorous execution: structured planning, risk management, and follow-through under ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Track record of scaling process or re-usable frameworks
- Experience with tools like Jira, Dragonboat, Slack, and Betterworks (or equivalent PPM/collaboration stacks)
- Fintech knowledge is a plus
