Our Client  is seeking a Project Management Consultant 2 .This role is responsible for developing and managing capital expenditure budgets, performing comprehensive risk assessments, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are positioned for successful execution. The consultant oversees survey contractor procurement and execution, ensuring all deliverables align with engineering design requirements and project schedules. The position leads cross functional coordination across development, engineering, permitting, and teams, while actively monitoring schedules and preparing projects for a seamless transition.

Duties Include:

• Develop and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets to support successful project execution
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage survey procurement, execution, and quality of deliverables
• Lead cross functional collaboration between development, engineering, permitting, and teams
• Monitor schedules and prepare projects for transition
• Identify and implement cost saving opportunities while maintaining project scope and standards
