We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Mechanical to join our construction team . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical engineering activities across residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of mechanical works including HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, LPG, and associated building services.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Monitor site progress and ensure mechanical works are completed according to approved schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct technical evaluations and resolve engineering and construction-related issues.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to project management.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities,  Municipality regulations, Civil Defence requirements, and project specifications.
• Review and verify contractor invoices, variations, and claims related to mechanical works.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure adherence to policies and promote a safe working environment on site.
• Support project close-out activities, including snagging, documentation, and final handover.
