As a Project Accountant, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient management of financial data related to real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute month-end and year-end closing processes for real estate development projects, including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and producing financial reports
• Monitor and manage project costs, including construction expenses, land acquisition costs, and development-related expenditures; Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations
• Work closely with vendors, reviewing and coding invoices, ensuring accuracy, and processing payments in a timely manner; Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies
• Consolidate internal and external financial ledgers, reconciling intercompany accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for the entire organization
• Maintain and monitor project cash flows, ensuring adequate funding for development activities and identifying potential cash flow challenges
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of real estate development projects, assessing investment returns, profitability, and risk factors; Provide insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and reviews, ensuring accurate and timely provision of financial data and documentation
• Handle various administrative tasks related to financial recordkeeping, document management, and other duties as assigned
