Our Client is seeking a Program Manager Wi-Fi/CPE Connectivity .This individual will be responsible for driving large-scale technical programs from initial planning and discovery through development, testing, deployment, and delivery. The role will work across numerous engineering teams and workstreams, requiring someone who can bring structure to highly complex initiatives, proactively identify dependencies and risks, and keep teams aligned toward common delivery goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong delivery driver who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced engineering environment with evolving priorities. This person must be technically savvy enough to understand complex software, networking, device, and connectivity initiatives while possessing the program leadership skills to coordinate delivery across a large number of teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technical programs and projects across WiFi, connectivity, CPE, software, and engineering organizations
• Own program delivery from inception and requirements through development, testing, deployment, and production delivery
• Create and drive detailed program and project plans involving potentially 20-30 teams and/or workstreams
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, architecture, testing, operations, and other technical teams
• Establish program roadmaps, milestones, schedules, success metrics, and delivery expectations
• Track progress against program plans and proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delivery impacts
• Drive issues to resolution and ensure appropriate ownership and accountability across workstreams
• Provide clear, concise program status and delivery reporting to working teams, management, directors, and senior leadership
• Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple projects and technical teams
