Our Client is seeking a Program Manager . A Snapshot of Your Day: You will be the central point for our hiring activities, working closely with Team Leads, recruiters, HR and external partners to keep hiring priorities, requisitions, candidates and interviews moving. You will continuously compare progress against the hiring plan, resolve bottlenecks and ensure the right people join the organization at the right time.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end hiring program, ensuring hiring activities remain aligned with the approved workforce plan and business priorities
• Maintain a consolidated overview of planned, open, forecasted and filled positions and provide clear visibility of progress, gaps and risks
• Drive accountability across Team Leads, HR, recruiters and external recruiting partners to ensure critical hires are delivered according to plan
• Facilitate decisions and alignment when hiring priorities, timing, candidate profiles or seniority requirements conflict with the overall hiring plan
• Lead a high-volume hiring program supporting the recruitment of 100+ positions, proactively managing risks, bottlenecks and corrective actions to achieve hiring targets
• Provide regular hiring forecasts, progress reporting and management updates, including deviations from plan and recommended corrective actions
