The Professional Services Team Lead role requires a combination of technical expertise, people management skills, and strategic thinking. They must identify challenges, evaluate options, and implement solutions while considering both immediate and long-term impacts on the team and organization. They should understand industry-specific tools, processes, and best practices to guide their teams effectively

Responsibilities:  

• Implements change/transformation/advisory projects for our clients, working in conjunction with Client Services  leadership teams.

• Hands-on configuration on  platform modules such as Accounting, Compliance, Risk, and Performance.

• Oversees a team of 10+ Professional Services consultants.

• Monitors quality assurance and productivity of the team.

• Manages resource capacity and project allocation aligned with PS goals.

• Shares knowledge of designing and implementing training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Serves as a trusted client advocate and is on the path to becoming a confident client advisor as expertise develops.

Requirements: 

• Strong knowledge of investment accounting solutions and workflow.

• 6+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or project management.

• Acumen for a leadership pathway .

• Proven experience in managing and overseeing teams.

• Certified Bachelors / master’s in finance / accounting or related field.

• Knowledge of steady state and period-end close processes.

• Securities or financial markets experience, involving both vanilla and alternative assets.

• Knowledge in at least one specific market/standard/regulatory regime. (e.g. NAIC, US GAAP)

• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
