Our Client is seeking a Product Manager – Store Systems
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Manage the lifecycle of technology products, applications, and connected hardware from planning and implementation through ongoing support and enhancements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product roadmaps, user stories, and prioritized work plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, integrations, and process improvements
- Drive testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics, user feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Communicate priorities, timelines, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders across business and technology teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, business systems, technology solutions, or a related field
- Experience working with software applications, enterprise systems, mobile technologies, or operational platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and requirements gathering
- Experience supporting system integrations, process improvements, workflow automation, or technology implementations is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives
