The Product Manager II will support the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and ongoing management of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform products. This role will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver capabilities that improve employee productivity and business outcomes. Responsibilities include developing product roadmaps, creating presentations and executive materials, driving user adoption, developing communications and job aids, supporting training and enablement efforts, gathering user feedback, and partnering with Engineering on product enhancements and issue resolution.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing presentations, communications, training materials, and job aids
• Product management knowledge, including roadmap development and strategy
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience driving product adoption and change management initiatives
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Understanding of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
This role serves as a key liaison between business users, product teams, and engineering partners to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities.
