As a Staff Product Designer (CW) on the VEP team, you will lead design across a complicated domain – owning end-to-end expert and customer success workflows. You will bring deep craft and systems thinking to the tools, workflows, and AI-assisted experiences that empower our Customer Success Managers, product experts, and domain specialists to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Interaction design – Distill complicated CSM and expert workflows into simple, clear designs and strategies; Own and visualize your domain’s end-to-end experiences – including Salesforce-based workflows – and ensure consistency of patterns, flows, and mental models across them
• Visual design – Role model high standards of taste, balancing creativity and innovation with consistency; Leverage expert-level craft to design novel visual and interaction solutions that diverge from standard patterns to elevate the product and exceed user expectations
• Designing with AI – Lead the application of AI in your domain’s design strategy, delivering AI-powered tools and workflows that standardize expert activities, reduce manual effort, and streamline customer success operations; Operate fluidly across the full builder proficiency spectrum – slowing down to validate concepts and document patterns when needed (Think It Through), collapsing research, design, and build into a single fast loop to accelerate learning (Prototype It), and delivering agent-ready specs with evals defined before build starts (Build It)
• AI prototyping – Use AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype conversational flows, agentic experiences, and usability test artifacts; Drive a “0 to first draft” culture on the team that accelerates alignment and narrows approaches faster
