The client is looking for a more senior analyst who focuses on understanding the -why- behind the data, not just the output and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Tasks:

• Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand and gather visualization and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Solution Developers, Power BI Data Modeler and Analysts to build scalable and effective visualization, and reporting solutions with interactive visuals that convey data insights
• Connect to various data sources and ensure data flows smoothly, extracting relevant data
• Perform data profiling and data analysis to gain understanding of the under laying data used for solutions
• Prepare and model data as required for visualizations and reports
• Build visualization and reporting solutions in an Agile environment
• Create and maintain documentation, including solution documentation, design, and technical specifications as required
• Support daily operations, job scheduling, maintenance, support requests, change management, and solutions inventory
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to data connectivity, data modeling, and visualization rendering
• Follow established governance and information security practices and standards
• Learn Business Unit systems and processes
• Provide training to end-users as needed
• Contribute to the Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform COEs to efficiently evolve data practices and strengthen tool adoption at Business Unit and the company
