The Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Lead will support integration, data migration, security, and configuration activities as part of a Taleo replacement initiative. This role will be critical in ensuring secure, reliable data flow between ORC and PeopleSoft HRMS, while supporting system configuration and multi-phase data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Architecture & Configuration: Lead technical design and implementation of ORC:

• Security model and roles (primary focus)
• Configuration support across environments
• Support DEV/TEST/PROD lifecycle and deployment readiness
• Integrations (ORC/PeopleSoft HRMS)

Design and implement integrations:

• Primarily batch/file-based processes, with potential enhancements

Evaluate reuse of:

• Existing Oracle-delivered sync processes
• Taleo integration patterns where viable
• Enable any additional APIs (REST/SOAP) for key data flows
• Data Migration (Taleo/ORC)

Lead:

• Data mapping
• Transformation logic
• Mock conversions and validation cycles
• Collaborate with data management team on cleansing

Security & Compliance:

• Configure and validate ORC security roles and data access
• Ensure appropriate data governance across systems

Testing & Deployment Support:

• Integration testing
• Data validation
• Defect resolution
• Enable production cutover and stability
