Our client is seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financials Lead with strong functional leadership experience across Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules, with deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Project Accounting/Costing. This role will lead solution design, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and production support in a Managed Services model, coordinating closely with offshore and nearshore teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support for our client, offering expertise in problem tracking, replication, troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of complicated and critical cases. The focus of this position is to provide customer service via phone and electronic means on a functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each service incident. This position requires the individual to coordinate work with offshore team members in order to maximize overall team efficiency.

Duties:

• Provide timely resolution and communication of tickets in the production support queue
• Troubleshoot, isolate, resolve and report on production issues
• Determine the root cause of incidents and make recommendations for prevention in the future
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for senior client stakeholders, business process owners, and IT leadership
• Present status, risks, mitigations, and roadmap recommendations clearly to diverse audiences
• Manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and lead governance forums (weekly status, steering, design councils)
