We are seeking a skilled engineer to join a growing team focused on building the next generation of proprietary design and development toolchains. In this capacity, you will act as a systems engineer responsible for creating and advancing simulation environments, automated code generation pipelines, and optimisation frameworks.
You will play an active role in the end-to-end creation of in-house model-driven tooling, spanning code synthesis engines, performance optimisation, real-time simulation, and the embedding of AI capabilities into engineering workflows.

Essential Requirements

• A Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline; doctoral qualification is a plus
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with object-oriented software development
• Strong command of Java and working proficiency in Python
• Solid background in model-driven engineering, including transformations across and between model and text representations
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI infrastructure, with a focus on model efficiency and performance
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, CUDA, or MindSpore, as well as practical exposure to Large Language Models and their integration into production systems
• Experience writing and running unit tests and automated test scripts
• A proactive mindset, strong English communication skills, and comfort working across cultures
