As a Mobile SDET, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of customer-facing mobile applications while helping modernize critical platforms and user experiences. This role is ideal for a testing professional who is passionate about automation, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys partnering with Product and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional mobile experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mobile testing efforts for large-scale application modernization initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and release validation testing
- Validate application upgrades, migrations, and new feature releases
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Identify risks, troubleshoot defects, and drive issues through resolution
- Support release readiness activities and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience testing native mobile applications, with a focus on iOS
- Hands-on experience with mobile test automation tools such as Appium
- Background in both automation and functional testing
- Experience validating mobile releases, upgrades, and application migrations
- Understanding of APIs and mobile application integrations
- Ability to lead testing initiatives and influence quality best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within airline, travel, hospitality, or customer-facing digital environments
- Experience with mobile booking, loyalty, payments, or customer journey applications
- Experience with Mabl or other modern test automation platforms
- Exposure to large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives
