Responsibilities

• Active Merchant Outreach: Proactively identify and approach potential merchants in their physical store locations, introducing the company’s services or products and explaining the benefits of partnership.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with merchants, understanding their unique needs and challenges to position the company’s offerings as valuable solutions.
• On-Site Demonstrations: Conduct in-person product or service demonstrations and address merchant concerns to secure new partnerships.
• Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and report valuable market insights, competitor activities and merchant feedback to inform company strategy and product development, including in-store materials visibility,
• Conversion and Onboarding: Guide interested merchants through the application and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and laying the groundwork for a successful long-term partnership.

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Strong Arabic and English communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Stakeholder management skills and CRM proficiency.
• Highly energetic and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
