Our Client is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Reporting to lead U.S GAAP and SEC reporting, technical accounting, and financial disclosure activities. This high-visibility role will partner with finance leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and support for strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 11-K, and applicable 8-Ks
• Prepare financial statements
• Manage iXBRL tagging and external reporting processes
• Coordinate quarterly and annual regulatory reporting requirements
• Research and analyze complex accounting matters and emerging accounting standards
• Support financial reporting requirements related to acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market transactions
• Assist with preparation of transaction-related disclosures and supporting documentation
• Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with SOX requirements
• Serve as a primary contact for external and internal auditors on reporting matters
• Support reporting requests from executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and Audit Committee
• Review financial reporting deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Mentor and develop members of the financial reporting team
• Participate in strategic initiatives, including system implementations and process improvements
