Our Client is seeking a Logistics Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Weekend monitoring of in-transit, dragging, and uncovered loads
- Monitor carrier performance of critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including award acceptance percentage, on-time arrival, on-time delivery, FPL, and carrier freight claims
- Communicate with carriers and plant contacts to reset or adjust shipping schedules as needed
- Develop and improve relationships with carrier partners by providing excellent customer service and communicating in a professional manner
- Maintain master data within TMS and SAP to support shipping needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- MS Excel knowledge required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail; Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Must be able to work weekends
