We seeks a Leasing Manager. This role combines leasing execution with lease administration oversight. It supports the full leasing lifecycle-prospecting, deal support, lease administration, financial analysis, reporting, and tenant coordination-while serving as a key liaison among ownership, brokers, tenants, legal, property management, and accounting to drive occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support leasing of office, retail, and mixed-use assets
  • Respond to broker/tenant inquiries and coordinate tours
  • Assist with market research, prospect qualification, and comps
  • Maintain broker and tenant relationships
  • Track pipeline activity (new deals, renewals, expansions, terminations)
  • Prepare LOIs, proposals, and deal summaries; support negotiations and execution
  • Manage lease process from LOI through execution and occupancy
  • Review leases for compliance with approved terms
  • Abstract and input lease data into Yardi; track expirations, options, and notices
  • Coordinate with legal, property management, and accounting
  • Prepare deal analyses and financial summaries
  • Support underwriting for new and renewal transactions
  • Generate leasing, occupancy, vacancy, and pipeline reports
  • Track portfolio performance and support budgeting/forecasting
  • Act as tenant contact for lease matters
  • Coordinate onboarding and transition to occupancy
  • Partner with property management, accounting, and operations
  • Help resolve lease, billing, and tenant issues
  • Maintain accurate lease and prospect data in Yardi
  • Produce reports/dashboards and ensure data integrity
  • Identify opportunities to streamline leasing operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with additional real estate licenses
  • 5+years of commercial real estate leasing, lease administration, property management, or related experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial lease structures, including office and/or retail leases
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, including lease abstraction, reporting, critical date management, and lease administration functions
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting lease documents, amendments, and legal agreements
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with institutional-quality office, retail, or mixed-use portfolios
  • Experience preparing leasing financial analyses and deal underwriting
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate accounting concepts, including rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, and tenant recoveries
  • Experience working directly with brokers, tenants, and ownership groups
