Our Client is seeking a Learning Designer to create engaging and effective learning solutions that support business objectives and learner development. This role partners with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learning teams to design, develop, and deliver training across instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning environments. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise, project management skills, and a client-focused approach to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning solutions across live, virtual, and digital platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives
- Create learner materials, facilitator guides, presentations, and digital learning content
- Support learning projects from concept through implementation and evaluation
- Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and effectiveness
- Facilitate design reviews, feedback sessions, and training readiness activities
- Support conferences, workshops, onboarding programs, and enterprise learning initiatives
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables
- Recommend innovative approaches to improve learner engagement and training outcomes
Requirements
- 3-7 years of Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design experience
- Experience designing and developing learning programs across multiple delivery methods
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Client-service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Prior Big 4 experience
- Experience with learning technologies, LMS platforms, or eLearning tools
