The Workday Learning Lead is responsible for supporting the implementation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Workday Learning platform. Serving as the internal subject matter expert and business owner for Workday Learning, this role will work closely with the organization’s implementation partner, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Compliance, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure a successful LMS deployment and long-term operational effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to help guide the successful launch and long-term evolution of Workday Learning across the organization. You will serve as the internal owner of our learning platform, partnering with a leading implementation consulting firm and key stakeholders across the business to create a modern, scalable, and impactful learning ecosystem. The candidate will have LMS admins in various parts of the business.

Key Tasks:

• Serve as an internal business lead and Workday Learning subject matter expert throughout LMS implementation and deployment activities
• Partner closely with the organization’s Workday implementation consulting partner to support the successful deployment of Workday Learning
• Gather, document, and communicate business requirements related to learning administration, compliance training, audience assignments, reporting, learner experience, and content organization
• Review and validate system configurations developed by the implementation partner to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and best practices
• Coordinate stakeholder input and decision-making across Learning & Development, Human Resources, Compliance, Information Technology, and business teams
