As a Lead Risk Analyst, you will be leading a team responsible for designing and maintaining automated trading abuse monitoring solutions. The role focuses on real-time exposure control, execution risk monitoring, and analytical tooling in a high-frequency trading environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts and developers working on automated risk and monitoring solutions.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex trading issues.
• Design, oversee, and continuously improve analytical models to identify abnormal trading behavior.
• Work closely with the Dealing department to align automated risk control processes with operational workflows.
• Lead the enhancement of risk policies, limits, and control frameworks.

Requirements:

• Experience with risk analytics and automated control systems
• Strong knowledge of Forex markets and dealing desk operations
• Experience working with real-time market and trading data
• Proficiency in data a
• nalysis and automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL) would be considered a big plus
• Team leadership and mentoring capability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• An analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
• English – professional working proficiency
