We are seeking a Junior Analyst – Financial Software to support our growing client base. This role blends accounting expertise with technology enablement, focusing on supporting, configuring, and delivering financial software solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to assist in software demonstrations, implementation, training, and ongoing support, while also contributing to financial reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementation and configuration of financial software solutions for clients
- Support product demonstrations (demos) for prospective clients
- Deliver client training sessions on financial software platforms
- Handle and resolve client support tickets and queries
- Prepare and review financial statements as part of solution use cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and product adoption
- Assist in customization and optimization of workflows within the software (no coding required)

Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, BBA, or B.Com (preferred)
Professional Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
- Experience in financial statements preparation
- External audit experience is a strong advantage
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Familiarity with Caseware or similar audit/accounting software (preferred)
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills (important for demos & training)
- Client-facing confidence and professionalism
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and continuously upgrade skills
