Our Client  is seeking a Java React Developer.  This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development, and maintenance of best-in-class software experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery. The candidate takes responsibility for the software artifacts produced, adhering to Company standards for security, observability, and performance.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications, including React-based UI, Java/Spring Boot APIs, Python microservices, and backend services
• Build and enhance scalable, secure microservices aligned with enterprise architecture and performance standards, leveraging Spring Boot, FastAPI, and modern architectural patterns
• Develop and integrate AI-powered agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain for intelligent claim processing and decision automation
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality code, participate in design reviews, and continuously improve engineering practices
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation using Docker, ensuring reliable and efficient deployments
• Lead modernization initiatives, migrating legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures
• Use AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate coding, debugging, and knowledge sharing across the team
