Our Client is seeking an IT Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify problem trends and generate alerts for project managers and solution managers to inform them of emerging risks or issues with their projects and portfolios
• Train project leads and solution managers on our processes, tools, and best practices
• Conduct monthly portfolio reviews with IT VP, solution managers, and project leads to examine projects at risk, facilitate project-data based strategic decisions, and create mitigation plans
• Provide one-on-one support for project leads managing critical projects/programs
• Updating project budget, actuals & forecast for IT funded projects
• Following up on action items from Portfolio Reviews
• Meet with each Solution group every month to review their alignment with the Project Governance standards and address any issues that may be preventing their alignment
• Hold monthly office hours to train, educate and support Project Leads
