We are hiring for IT Consultant specialised IT operations for Mac/ Windows.

1. Core IT & User Lifecycle Management

  • Day-to-Day IT Incidents & Request Management: Handling day-to-day IT incidents and service requests from Bangalore location users, including support for the tech team’s development tools and new hardware/software requirements.
  • User On-Boarding Support: End-to-end IT on-boarding support for new joiners  (laptop provisioning, system access, mobile device access, Zoho pre-boarding modules).
  • Off-Boarding Support: Complete IT off-boarding for exit users (revocation of system access, asset recovery, updating the Zoho off-boarding module).
  • Laptop Preparation & Readiness: Imaging, configuring, and validating laptops (Windows & Mac Systems) as per the IT compliance checklist for onboarding and replacements.
  • Priority Support: Dedicated support for CXOs and Senior Management Team .

2. IT Asset, Compliance, and Audit

  • IT Asset Management: Maintaining and managing IT asset inventory with regular physical verification, and tracking on-boarding, off-boarding, migration, and replacement requests with up-to-date reports.
  • Non-Compliance & Patch Management: Monthly monitoring and remediation of non-compliance for hard disk encryption, Global Protect, Falcon Antivirus, Mac, and Windows patch updates
  • Internal Audit Support: Physical presence and support during internal audits, covering IT Infrastructure at the Bangalore location.

3. Infrastructure and Event Support

  • Network & Firewall Management: IT Support for network-related activities including firewall resilience, access points, switches, printers, LAN connectivity, and co-ordination with the centralised network team for the facility activities.
  • IT Infrastructure Support For Events: Setup and provide end-to-end IT support for in-person events such as Town hall, Yubi Inspire, and Fire chat.
  • Power Shutdown Management: Co-ordination and monitoring of IT infrastructure during annual or scheduled power shutdown activities.

4. Dedicated Entity & HR Support

  • Finfort Entity IT Support: Dedicated IT support for Finfort including on-boarding/off-boarding, Slack setup with vendors and SmartFlow account management, asset tracking, MS Office tenant maintenance, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Spocto Movement & Support: IT Support required
  • HR Training & Interviews IT Support: Laptop preparation and end-to-end IT support for training sessions and interviews, including asset requests.
  • User Entity Migration: In-person support for migration of Bangalore-based users across entities (CAPL, CSPL, CORP, SPOCTO, FINFORT) as per migration requests from HR.
