Our Client Currently looking for Growth Systems & Pre-Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Orchestration: Design and maintain automated “Research-to-Reachout” workflows using Clay, Zapier, and AI agents. Use LLMs to extract and summarize data from earnings calls into hyper-personalized value propositions.
- Strategic Multi-Channel Outreach: Run multi-threaded campaigns targeting C-suite stakeholders across LinkedIn, email, and executive “insight calls.”
- Technical Pre-Sales Discovery: Lead initial sessions to map prospects’ ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and uncover reconciliation or treasury pain points.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with Marketing to run LinkedIn Ad and InMail campaigns treating each Tier-1 enterprise as a “market of one.”
- Narrative Engineering: Translate complex AI capabilities into clear problem-solution stories anchored in ROI logic.
- CRM Data Science: Maintain a “Clean Room” CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) and analyze conversion patterns to refine AI-driven hooks.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years in Outreach, Pre-Sales, or Growth Marketing within a B2B FinTech / SaaS context.
- The Tinkerer Mindset: Beyond prompting — you use AI to scrape, summarize, and automate.
- Financial Literacy: Basic grasp of O2C, treasury, and CFO-level metrics.
- Executive Presence: Polished communication and confidence to engage senior finance leaders.
- Technical Fluency: Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, and security without being a developer.
