Our Client Currently looking for Investment Administrator

What You’ll Do

• Process applications, redemptions, switches, and investment‑related transactions.
• Complete daily banking, reconciliations, and data integrity checks.
• Respond to customer and adviser enquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Prepare monthly reporting, statements, and digital communications.
• Support system upgrades, UAT testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct AML/CTF reviews and ensure compliance with policies and SLAs.

What You Bring

• Experience in financial services operations or investment administration.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with advisers and customers.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• RG146 (general advice) or willingness to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
