We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our industrial automation and factory-control distribution center. This role is ideal for the person who thrives on organization, precision, and systems-thinking-someone who approaches inventory management with the care and structure of a librarian rather than a traditional warehouse worker. Our facilities contain thousands of industrial automation components. Success in this role depends on maintaining order, accuracy, and accessibility across a complex and ever-growing catalog of new and repurposed parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, catalog and maintain inventory with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
• Ensure every item is properly labeled, documented, and traceable within inventory systems
• Participate in light warehouse duties such as part retrieval and preparation
• Collaborate with other team members to meet strict daily shipping deadlines
