We are seeking an experienced Intune Manager to lead enterprise mobility initiatives focused on Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM) across large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in endpoint management, enterprise mobility architecture, migrations, and modern workplace technologies while also demonstrating strong leadership and team management capabilities.
This role will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide Intune implementations, migrations from legacy MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE, AirWatch, MobileIron, or MaaS360, and ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobility solutions supporting 100,000+ endpoints.
General Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
– 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Intune, or endpoint management technologies.
– 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM/MAM solutions.
– 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams, including mentoring, resource planning, and delivery oversight.
– Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 50,000+ mobile devices.
– Strong experience in MDM migration and implementation projects.
– Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
– Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
– Lead enterprise mobility strategy and roadmap focused on Microsoft Intune, MDM, MAM, and modern endpoint management.
– Manage large-scale Intune implementations and migrations from Workspace ONE, MobileIron, AirWatch, MaaS360, or other legacy MDM platforms.
– Design and implement secure mobile device management policies for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices.
– Drive Mobile Application Management (MAM) initiatives include app protection policies, app configuration policies, and BYOD security strategies.
– Lead the deployment and management of Conditional Access, Zero Trust security models, and identity-driven access controls using Microsoft Entra ID.
– Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, and application teams to ensure secure and compliant mobility solutions.
– Architect and maintain integrations between Intune and enterprise systems including Entra ID, Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, certificate authorities, and security platforms.
– Develop automation strategies using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Automation, and scripting frameworks to streamline device lifecycle management.
– Oversee enterprise-wide device provisioning including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, Windows Autopilot, and corporate-owned/shared device scenarios.
– Establish governance, compliance standards, documentation, operational procedures, and best practices for endpoint management.
– Lead and mentor a team of mobility engineers and administrators while driving technical excellence and operational efficiency.
– Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with Microsoft and third-party partners for escalations, support, and roadmap alignment.
– Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resiliency planning for mobility platforms.
– Provide executive-level support and leadership during critical incidents, escalations, and major enterprise deployments.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives, change management processes, and Agile delivery methodologies.
– Performs the above competences under Director level management general supervision.
Area Of Experience :
– Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft 365 mobility solutions.
– Extensive experience with MDM/MAM architecture, implementation, and administration.
– Deep understanding of Conditional Access, compliance policies, device security baselines, and Zero Trust frameworks.
– Experience on Packaging, PowerShell scripting and Graph API.
– Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, Windows Autopilot, and macOS management.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, and hybrid identity solutions.
– Experience integrating Intune with security and enterprise platforms such as Defender for Endpoint, ServiceNow, and certificate infrastructures.
– Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
– Knowledge of networking concepts, VPN technologies, PKI/certificates, and mobile security best practices.
– Experience with enterprise-scale migrations and transformation programs.
– Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex enterprise environments.
Education Required : B.Tech or equivalent

– Ability to lead enterprise-wide migration programs and strategic transformation initiatives.
– Experience mentoring junior engineers and establishing operational best practices.
