The Intern will work closely with the sales and digital delivery teams , assisting in building proposals, outreach communication, and pre-sales collateral for AFP and sponsorship mandates. This role sits at the intersection of content and sales — ideal for someone who is commercially curious, writes well, and wants to understand how India’s leading business media property sells and services premium advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified lists to secure attendance for events and AFP (Advertiser Funded Programme) mandates.
- Engagement: Manage follow-up communication via WhatsApp and email using professional templates.
- Tracking: Maintain real-time trackers (Google Sheets) for responses, objections, and lead escalations.
- Research: Identify and source relevant industry contacts via LinkedIn to expand outreach lists.
- Targets: Achieve daily and weekly confirmation targets for event participation.
