Agency Owners are independent contractors exclusive to the company that sell and service company property and casualty, life, and commercial products to our customers.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Conduct candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, and vetting for our client’s positions
- Develop proactive strategies to research and identify talent pools and recruiting channels to attract candidates
- Consult with sales division leadership throughout the recruitment process
- Develop strong relationships with associations, academic institutions and interest groups to support a robust experienced talent pipeline
- Represent the company at recruiting events and through other special projects as needed
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
- Demonstrated experience and success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for experienced and challenging to fill positions
- Demonstrated track record working in and across teams to identify talent needs
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
