Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for daily operational queries and escalations for your portfolio of institutional clients
• Actively contributing to the growth of our partners through educational initiatives
• Efficiently addressing and resolving partners’ queries and escalations
• Collaborating with specialists and relevant stakeholders to investigate complex partner requests
• Identifying customer needs and championing the partner’s voice within our organization
• Managing small projects focused on improving or developing services based on partners’ needs
