Our Client is seeking an Inside Sales that performs sales to new/current customers in assigned territory primarily through electronic and telecommunication contact. The Inside Sales also assists management in devising sales plans and strategies, and maintains account management functions in order to meet customer expectations and assure satisfying relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Attain sales quota assignments to new and existing customers as reflected in annual Compensation Plans
• Responsible for developing new business relationships with non customers
• Work directly with current customers to make specific sales with the goal of customer retention
• Reports to management on competition and their pricing and other industry trends
• Provide input to management to develop programs to support new business
• Learn to use and depend on all aspects of customer database and CPQ module to maximize sales efforts
• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers about sales, configuration issues, payment obligations and other issues as they arise
• Communicate clearly and concisely with other associates across departmental lines
• Work with Accounts Receivable, Sales Management, and others to resolve dealership transfers, seat reductions, and cancellations
• As we bring in new products, Inside Sales will be responsible for performing demos and developing new markets for them
• Attend trade shows to work the booth and greet new and existing customers
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
