The client is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity and Information Security initiatives. This role is responsible for managing large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of security programs within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Information Security projects and programs
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across security, technology, operations, and business areas
- Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage project governance, change control, and issue resolution
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Requirements
- 15+ years of project/program management experience leading large technology initiatives
- 5+ years of Information Security or Cybersecurity project experience
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Threat Detection, Security Monitoring, and Incident Response
- Familiarity with security tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, CrowdStrike, and SIEM platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, Scrum Master, Six Sigma, or related certification
- Experience delivering cybersecurity programs in large financial services environments
