We are seeking a Senior Product Owner – Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise planning solutions that drive alignment across supply chains, operations, finance, and business teams. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and business transformation, with a strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning processes and a passion for delivering scalable, data-driven solutions. As the product owner for IBP-focused platforms and capabilities, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Integrated Business Planning capabilities and supporting technologies
• Partner with business leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Sales to understand planning challenges and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, operational impact, strategic alignment, and stakeholder feedback
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans to ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives
• Drive improvements across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, S&OP, and executive planning processes
