Our Client is seeking a HR Senior Manager People Experience .

Key Tasks:

  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to support employee engagement and people-focused initiatives
  • Help develop and implement programs that enhance the overall employee experience, including well-being, learning and development, recognition, and retention efforts
  • Coordinate employee feedback processes, including surveys and engagement activities, and help analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support employee engagement champions and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture
  • Provide administrative and project support for employee committees, councils, and leadership groups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive communication, alignment, and execution of people-related programs
  • Develop presentations, reports, and communications that effectively share insights, strategies, and recommendations
  • Analyze engagement and workforce data to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Contribute to HR and employee experience projects from planning through implementation
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various teams and levels of the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Prior experience leading or supporting HR programs, initiatives, or projects
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating presentations, reports, and executive-level communications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working in large or complex organizations is preferred
  • Familiarity with employee engagement, culture, retention, and recognition programs is a plus
