Our Client  is seeking a High Volume Recruiter

Key Tasks:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume call center roles, supporting class-based hiring timeliness
• Drive candidate pipeline from application through offer, ensuring consistent flow to meet class fill targets
• Conduct structured phone screens and assess candidates for customer service aptitude, communication skills, and role fit
• Partner with hiring managers, Operations, and L&D to align on hiring demand, class needs, and candidate readiness
• Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure timely movement of candidates through each stage of the hiring process
