Our Client Currently looking for Head Of Technology – Prosperity & Distribution
Key Responsibilities :
– Head of Technology B2D (Business to Distributor) Own the platform roadmap and responsible for omnichannel distribution platform, The role owns end-to-end: product, platform, and the surrounding SaaS ecosystem that plugs into it
Platform strategy & roadmap :
– Own the B2D platform roadmap end-to-end: product, platform, and the surrounding SaaS ecosystem that plugs into Stellar
– Define the omnichannel distribution platform vision spanning distributor onboarding, sales enablement, and performance management
– Drive journey simplification and change request discipline across all SaaS platforms in the Prospecting value stream
– Champion platform architecture decisions equally fluent in distributor journeys and technical trade-offs
Adoption & outcome accountability :
– Tie every platform release to measurable adoption lift and channel-wise scorecards
– Run monthly reviews on drop-off points and low-usage cohorts; own the action plan to close gaps
– Build field feedback loops that translate ground-level signal into product decisions, not just support tickets
SaaS vendor governance :
– Own outcome-linked SLAs across the SaaS portfolio Vymo, LSQ, Ubona, Salesforce, Salesbuddy, and adjacent platforms
– Drive vendor governance with rigour: CR discipline, performance accountability, penalty enforcement, and escalation resolution
AI & intelligent automation :
– Embed AI natively into prospecting and distribution workflows
– Govern AI deployments within DPDP, IRDAI, and responsible AI guardrails
Delivery & operating rhythm :
– Lead a persistent, outcome-accountable squad no project-based disbanding, no handoff culture
– Own the value stream backlog, sprint cadence, and release governance in coordination with the PMO and Release Management Office
