As the Head of Marketing , you will lead the marketing and growth charter for the group, driving strategy, innovation, and execution across all marketing functions. You will own the marketing P&L, optimize paid initiatives, and build a strong, cohesive brand presence . Working cross-functionally with product, analytics, business, data science and finance teams, you’ll design and execute data-driven strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and brand growth. As a people leader, you’ll inspire and mentor a high-performing team across performance, brand, and design, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration to drive next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid marketing:Â Lead all paid marketing efforts , owning the marketing P&L and driving efficient, high-impact customer acquisition and brand growth across performance, rewards, product, influencer, brand, social, and referral channels
- Budget Allocation:Â Make data-driven decisions on how to effectively allocate the marketing budget across marketing channels and effectively manage expectations of business and product stakeholders in this regard
- Build a strong and cohesive brand for Navi: Brand Leadership: Define and execute brand strategy with full ownership of large-scale brand campaigns and investments. Drive high-impact initiatives that build awareness, recall, and long-term brand equity, ensuring measurable ROI. Define and uphold brand standards, ensuring a unified and distinctive tone of voice and visual identity across every customer interaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, product, analytics, data science, and finance teams to ensure marketing strategies are insight-driven, ROI-focused, and aligned with overall strategic goals.
- Social, Influencer, and Content Marketing: Lead strategy and execution across social media, influencer partnerships, and content marketing to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a dynamic team comprising performance marketing, brand/content marketing, and design professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration and ensure each team member contributes effectively to goals
Must Haves
- Proven experience in marketing (preferred), business or product roles, with a track record of driving growth at scale
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure impact / ROI
- Strategic thinker with the capability to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with goals and target audience
- Budget management experience, including optimizing spending and achieving cost-effective results
- Exceptional leadership, team management, collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative, innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that differentiate in a competitive market
- Adaptability to navigate the evolving marketing landscape, leveraging new trends and technologies to drive innovation
