Our Client Currently looking for Head of Design

What You’ll Do

• Lead brand strategy, positioning, and visual direction.
• Translate business goals into brand systems and creative decisions.
• Mentor and manage the Brand and Design teams.
• Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and review systems.
• Spend 20–30% of your time designing key brand moments and giving meaningful creative feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in branding and design.
• Strong brand thinking with excellent design fundamentals.
• Experience building brand identities and leading creative teams.
• Ability to balance business thinking, creativity, and execution.
• Someone who builds systems, not bottlenecks.
