Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support process optimisation initiatives across EMEA
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure aligned execution
- Drive standardisation and governance of core business processes
- Monitor performance and deliver insights to improve operational effectiveness
- Support transformation projects and contribute to continuous improvement culture

- Experience in process improvement, operations, or project delivery within an international organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across functions
- Analytical mindset with a passion for efficiency and optimisation
- Experience working in fast-paced, consumer-driven environments is a plus
